Sean W. Tobaygo attended the Florida State University where he recieved a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Philosophy. Mr. Tobaygo then went on to graduate from the Florida State University College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2003. Upon Graduation Sean worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Sarasota County. Since leaving the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Tobaygo has focused his practice in the areas of Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation. Mr Tobaygo is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association, and is on the Board of Directors for the Sarasota Literacy Council.
