Sean W. Tobaygo, P.A.

Sean W. Tobaygo attended the Florida State University where he recieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and in Philosophy. Mr. Tobaygo then went on to graduate from the Florida State University College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2003. Upon Graduation Sean moved back home to Sarasota County, and served as Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting  hundreds of Criminal cases.

Since leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Tobaygo has focused his practice in the area of Criminal Defense, and has tried cases ranging from Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia to Capital Felonies.

In addition to being a Florida Bar Member, Mr. Tobaygo is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association, and has served on the Bar’s small practice, and practice management committees. He has served as Chair for the SCBA’s Family Law Division, and is a former director and officer of the board for the Sarasota Literacy Council. Mr. Tobaygo is also  a member of the prestigious John M. Scheb American Inn of Court.
