Nancy Perliski serves our clients in the capacity of bankruptcy paralegal. Ms. Perliski received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1987 and her juris doctorate from Southern Methodist University in 1990. From 1991 to 2000, she established and maintained a private practice in Dallas, Texas devoted to consumer bankruptcy cases and practiced in both the Northern and Eastern Federal Districts of Texas. Over this period, she successfully handled a high volume Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy practice. In 2000, her family relocated to Sarasota Florida. Prior to her joining the Office of Abel Tobaygo, Ms. Perliski worked for the Courts of the 12th Judicial Circuit in the capacity of Probate Coordinator, reviewing probate pleadings for court approval, and later, as family mediator mediating child custody and property settlement disputes. Ms. Perliski serves in the capacity of bankruptcy paralegal until such time as she becomes a member of the Florida Bar.
